nodexferflow provides budget analysis tools and financial education resources for individuals and businesses across Australia. Our platform offers learning materials, analytical frameworks, and practical guidance for improving financial literacy.

We're educators first. Our programs run on scheduled terms, typically starting in autumn 2025 and early 2026. We don't promise overnight financial transformations or guaranteed outcomes because that's not how real learning works.

User Responsibilities

When you use our platform, you're agreeing to some basic expectations. Most of this is common sense, but we need to spell it out clearly.

Account Usage

• Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activities under your account.
• Provide accurate information during registration. We can't help effectively if your profile details are fiction.
• Don't share accounts between multiple people. Each person needs their own access for tracking and support purposes.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use Standards

You may not use our services to:

1. Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code through our platform
2. Attempt to access restricted areas or bypass security measures
3. Scrape or harvest data from our systems without written permission
4. Impersonate staff members or other users
5. Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
6. Engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or staff

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see on nodexferflow—the course materials, analysis tools, written content, visual design—belongs to us or our licensed partners. This includes but isn't limited to text, graphics, software, databases, and educational frameworks.

You can use our materials for personal learning. That means taking notes, practicing techniques, and applying concepts to your own financial planning. But you can't republish our content, create derivative courses, or distribute our materials to others.

What You Can Do

• Access course materials during your enrollment period
• Download resources clearly marked as downloadable for personal reference
• Share general concepts you've learned (without copying our specific explanations)
• Reference our methodologies in your own work with appropriate attribution

What You Can't Do

• Record or screenshot lessons to share publicly or sell
• Use our branding or materials to create competing services
• Modify our content and present it as your own creation
• Reverse engineer our analytical tools or proprietary systems

Payment Terms and Refunds

Our programs require payment before access. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers for course enrollment.

Refunds work differently depending on timing. Within seven days of purchase and before you've accessed more than 20% of the course content, you can request a full refund. After that window, we offer prorated refunds based on content accessed, minus a reasonable administrative fee.

Subscription services renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. We'll send reminder emails a week before renewal, but it's ultimately your responsibility to manage your subscription status.

Limitation of Liability

We need to be direct about this: nodexferflow provides educational content, not financial advice specific to your situation. We can't be held liable for financial decisions you make based on general principles learned through our programs.

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose. This doesn't cover indirect damages like lost business opportunities or consequential losses.

Service Availability

We maintain our systems diligently, but technology isn't perfect. Occasionally, servers need maintenance, updates cause temporary glitches, or internet infrastructure has problems beyond our control. We're not liable for service interruptions, though we do our best to minimize them and communicate clearly when they happen.

Third-Party Links

Our platform sometimes links to external resources we think are helpful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Use external resources with the same caution you'd apply anywhere online.

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination Rights

If we terminate your access for cause, you're not entitled to refunds for unused portions of prepaid services. If you terminate voluntarily, refund eligibility depends on the timing and access patterns discussed earlier.

What Happens After Termination

• Your access to learning materials ends immediately
• Downloaded materials for personal use remain yours to keep
• We retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business needs
• Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable

Changes to These Terms

Business evolves, and sometimes terms need updating. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email and display a notice on the platform for at least 30 days. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Minor clarifications or formatting improvements might happen without formal notification. We'll always maintain the current version here with the last update date clearly marked at the top.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from our relationship fall under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts. We prefer resolving disagreements through direct communication, but legal frameworks matter when that fails.

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. We haven't waived any rights just because we didn't immediately enforce a particular term in one situation.
